How to apply
To apply, please contact by phone: +44(0)7949250275 or send to email address design intent or outlined design information.to discuss general terms and costs.
Terms of design
Terms of work depends on the complexity of project design. Design begins only when full design intent information received, approved and design contract is signed.
Design intent information required:
Architecture for proposed buildings: Floor plans (GAs) and sections
Drawings of existing and adjacent structures: Extensions, existing parts of buildings, etc.
Loading on the building (floor build ups), Site location.
Cost of project, quotation
- The cost of design is calculated individually for each project depending on: - Uniqueness and complexity - Additional requirements set by client - Quotation of the cost may take from 1 hour to about two days depending on the amount of documentation. Quotation of project without design intent information will not be possible.

Content of project
General notes Steel element schedules Design design instruction Structural schemes: GAs (plans), sections All types of details required for construction
Formats are used for issuing
PDF - Single page (one drawing - one file) PDF - All project in one file DWG - Autocad (optional) 3D - Variety of formats (optional) Printed hardcopy - (optional)
General notes pages include all general information about the designed project. Also includes a description and recomendations to contractors on site and client about assuemed conditions and British standards requirements in terms to this project.
General notes are also include information and instructions for installation and quality of materials, welds seals, bolts, terms of supply and methods of surface preparation. General information also includes instructions for corrosion protection of structural elements; guidance on fabrication and erection of structures and abbriviations adopted in the project.
Schemes
All schemes are done to describe full geometry of structures. Schemes are showning references of all existing elements. Also, schemes have references of all typical connection details with reference dimensions to grid lines, if any
Details
In the project is being developed all the necessary types of connection details indicating forces. The number of connection depends on the complexity of the structures.
Development technologies
All projects are done in 2D Automatic generation of schedules and estimates are extarcted from Robot Structural Analysis or similar
Steel members schedule
Includes the necessary information to order steel: the weight of each element ec. - Schedule of the elements
