In the shortest possible terms company will develop project documentation for concrete structures up to stage D (developed design) required for planning applications or up to stage E (technical design) required for detailed design to be sent on construction site.

Terms of developments

Concrete structures have variety of structural elements, from foundation pads to the whole multi-storey buildings. With such a variety of elements, it is impossible to develop a common assessment system to determine costs and design terms for project. Each project is unique and assessment is based on the documentation provided by you.

Design intent information required:

Architecture for proposed buildings:
Floor plans (GAs) and build ups,  sections

Drawings of existing and adjacent structures:
Extensions, existing parts of buildings, etc.

 
Cost of project, quotation

The approximate cost of typical project will be known within phone conversation, but in other cases it will depends on:
- Uniqueness and complexity of the project
- Set by client design terms 
- Quotation may take from 1 hour up to  two days depending on the amount of documentation.

Steel element schedules
Design design instruction
Structural schemes: GAs (plans), sections
All types of details required for construction

General notes are also include information and instructions for installation and quality of materials, welds seals, bolts, terms of supply and methods of surface preparation. General information also includes instructions for corrosion protection of structural elements; guidance on fabrication and erection of structures and abbriviations adopted in the project.

 
Formats are used for issuing

Softcopies:
PDF - Single page (one drawing - one file)
PDF -  All project in one file
DWG - Autocad (optional)
3D - Variety of formats (optional)

Hardcopies:
Copies of hardcopies to be agreed and added to design agreement.

Other formats on request. (agreed in advance)
